Circular Economy in Healthcare – Online Event

Healthcare waste is often overlooked but exponentially increasing. Healthcare worldwide contributes around 4.4% of the global net carbon emissions. Healthcare in Australia contributes 7% of the national CO2 emissions. Of this 45% is contributed to by Public and Private Hospitals. Healthcare is adopting life cycle approaches to waste management and patient care.
