Smart Waste Virtual Hackathon: Pitch Night

Watch teams from the Smart Waste Virtual Hackathon pitch their best ideas for solving the problem of waste to a panel of judges in this “Shark Tank” style pitch event.
Teams were challenged with the issues of managing waste, increasing sustainability, and improving the waste service customer experience.
Winners will get a cash prize, plus time with the city council to workshop a pilot to test their idea in the real world. Judges include startup experts from BlueChilli, as well as representatives from the City of Canterbury Bankstown Council.
