This panel discussion is brought to you by the Centre for Advanced Food Enginomics.
Preventing food waste through a circular economy is a vital pillar in reducing a problem which affects us all.
The Sustainable Development Goal 12.3, focuses on the food waste sector and aims to halve the per capita global food waste at the retail and consumer level by 2030. This includes reducing food losses along production and supply chains, and post-harvest losses.
